Abstract

 The article discusses the nature of the information and network economy, which is the basis for the emergence of the law economy at the national and international level. Reveals the influence of the typological changes of society on the principles of construction activities, adequate law economy. Substantiates the growing uncertainty and randomness of human interaction resulting from the expansion of network structures, what comes to the growth of the informal institutions that change the subordination of law.
