Plagiarism Policy

In order to ensure high quality and uniqueness of published manuscripts, all the submitted articles are checked for revealing text borrowing (plagiarism) before being sent to the editorial board.  The editorial staff uses the plagiarism detection system StrikePlagiarism.com, which is available to Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

The editorial board rejects the article if:

it has less than 85% of unique text, except for reviews of scientific papers, which may contain a particular number of quotations;

its content entirely or partially repeats other papers of the author, which have been published or posted on the Internet (a dissertation, thesis, monograph, scientific article, conference proceedings, report on scientific activity, etc.)

the author has rewritten the text from other articles.

The editorial board recommends the authors to do a preliminary check of their articles for plagiarism, using any online service.
