Abstract |
The article is a review of the textbook «Financial Law», published by a team of authors under the editorship of Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of Financial Law of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University O. O. Dmytryk. The reviewer analyzed the relevance, scientific novelty, content, and structure of the textbook, the logic of presenting the material. She argued the importance of the textbook for the development of modern financial law as a science and academic discipline taught in universities, as well as for the practice of regulating financial relations in Ukraine. | ||||
