Abstract

The category of the labour force is historically the original cell of human capital, and their meaningful communication define the category of «persons», «labour», «labour costs», «necessary and surplus products» are proved. Development of economic categories as the unity of transformations in the economic and social component of their content are defined. Enhancing the role of social capital as a component of human capital in the period of post-industrial transformation are justified.
