Abstract |
It is developed a system of individual and aggregate indicators to assess the social environment and its structural elements — the spheres of the society on the basis of the adopted concept. It is developed their quantitative importance. It is put forward proposals for the use of the proposed methodology to assess the social environment as a tool to solve practical problems of the process of development and modernization, effective use of budget funds, the correct priority in the planning of social programs. | ||||
