Abstract

Systematic analysis of hermeneutics as one of the actual methodologies of law is held. Through the use of historical material the prospect of hermeneutical methodology of law in the current social and legal environment is proved. Analytical activity was directed to the Renaissance works and original philosopher of the time of Michel de Montaigne.
