Abstract

The significant potential demand on collective microfinance in Ukraine is proved. The main socio-economic constraints of the implementation of crowdfunding in Ukraine are disclosed. Among them are the low level of incomes and their orientation on current consumption, absence of motivation for investing, insufficient
development of the market of payment cards, shadowing of the financial sector. The significant role of trust of the households to the development of crowdfunding is proved.
