Abstract |
Problem setting. The questions of realization of reforms of the Ukrainian economy and increase of its competitiveness on the basis of innovations have a strategic value, because quality of socio-economic development of society depends exactly on the presence of modern technological base. Nevertheless, the developed state position papers are not oriented directly to inventors, perspective young people. All of it specifies on the necessity of actualization of activity of sphere of education which is called to be the source of forming of the newest knowledge, that is capable commercialization in the proper technologies and, thus, to render assistance innovations of economic processes. Recent research and publications analysis. A place and role of education in the system of economic relations of society constantly are in a center attention of researchers and practical workers. So, a question in relation to the prospects of innovative development of education is examined by such scientists as P. Gubar’kov, M. Zgurovskiy, І. Kalenyuk, V. Fedorenko and other. Last years popular for a study as successful practices of steel works, devoted to the new university management of Bartona of Clark and conception of «triple spiral» of Henry Itskovitsa et al. However there is a necessity for the search of modern adaptation and integration mechanisms, which would allow to provide synergetics co-operation of domestic education, science and production. Paper objective. A research purpose is determination of basic pre-conditions of development of innovative activity of university and ground of directions of application of technological platforms as a mechanism of scientific-technological co-operation with business in the conditions of integration in European innovative space. Paper main body. Certainly, that in the conditions of integration calls the mechanism of decision of task in relation to the increase of status of innovative activity in universities must include two directions: introduction of new methods of management universities, where a competent place will occupy a scientific management; general development and introduction of mechanisms of co-operation, integration, partner relationships with all institutes not only of the national innovative system (NІS) but also European innovative space, including a triad «education-science-production (business)». The organizational structure of management innovative activity is developed in the general structure of management an university and it is well-proven that effectiveness of activity of such structure must be estimated by development of transfer of technologies status — commercialization of results of educational and scientifically technological to activity. Much of the noted problems will allow to decide creation of such form of co-operationas a technological platform (TP). Its main setting of which is in that, to create a ground for co-operation of participants of the proper sector of economy with proper by an university with the purpose of determination of priority directions of research-and-developments, temporal scopes and plan of actions in those strategically important spheres, where future growth, competitiveness and steady development, depend on scientifically technological achievements in mid- and long-term period. The organizational chart of such technological platform is developed. Conclusions of the research. During realization of new course of reforms in Ukraine an important task appears strategically for all levels of management economic development — forming of competenses for innovative activity, enterprise and creative application of technologies with the purpose of realization of new maintenance of innovative activity. In the conditions of strengthening of process of including of Ukraine in European space, development of innovative activity must take place due to mastering of adequate technologies and mechanisms, foremost, forming of technological platform of university and businesses: organizations of effective co-operation of universities and «external players» are bringing in of investments, leadingout to the market of objects of intellectual property; network co-operation of researchers, collaboration researchers and different resources into an university (technologies of forming of «project commands», defence of OIV, formats of centers of the collective use and other), that called to activate co-operation of different subjects of the innovative system. |
