Abstract |
Problem setting. National economy marketability determines success and advantages of a national economy in the civilization development. Under modern conditions marketability maintaining the basic characteristics suffers signifi cant transformations. The main factor transforming marketability is the scientifi c and technical progress. Notwithstanding the channels of its infl uence extended and changed. Consequently, theoretic analysis of modern factors of marketability obtains the special topicality. Recent research and publication analysis. A considerable contribution to development of different aspects of national economy marketability have been made by such scientists as L. Abalkin, O. Amosha, O. Bilorus, A. Galchynskyi, V. Gaets, W. Deming, J. Jalilo, M. Kirzner, C. Ketels, P. Krugman, J. Stiglitz, R. Fathutdinov. Since on the contemporary level of development frequent dynamic changes of the market state occur, those economic entities, which use all factors of marketability completely, can outstay under such tough competition. Dynamic of the modern development actualizes new factors of marketability. Research and substantiation of the mechanisms of their inclusion are extremely important. Paper objective. The objective of the article is to consider the peculiarities of formation of national economy marketability, to accentuate the new factors of marketability, which are topical under modern conditions, to analyze the mechanisms of formation of the competitive advantages. Paper main body. Under conditions of globalization and increase of a spread of economic development between countries, extensive distinction of criteria and factors of marketability of the low-developed and the high-developed countries occurs. It can be illustrated on the basis of such instance: cheap labor force is a competitive advantage for the low-developed countries; the high-developed countries on the contrary win due to high-quality, i.e. expensive, labor force. Nowadays the factors of marketability of the global post-industrial economy are oriented on the technological progress and extensive usage of information and communication technologies. Indices of a macroeconomic environment position take a peculiar place among indices of national marketability. The economy will not develop until the stable macroeconomic environment is provided. For countries with market transformation such factors as a system of institutions and an institutional environment obtain a peculiar signifi cance. An infl uence of these factors on marketability is considerably specifi c. It is related to impotency and retardation of the factors’ infl uence. Notwithstanding its infl uence is indisputable and considerably topical.Diversified innovations, e.g. technical, technological, social, organizational, economic etc., play an increasing role among the competitive advantages of development. Conclusion of the research. Formation of marketability is a dynamic phenomenon, which contemplates creation and support of some competitive advantages aimed at provision of stable position regarding relationships with other economic entities. In order to provide a high level of marketability of a national economy the determined priorities, e.g. innovative development, improvement of a market structure, development of innovations and entrepreneurship, development of the institutional environment should become the main forms of a national strategy. |
