Abstract |
The article deals with systemic and completeness of the constitutional provision of the national economic system, which is, in turn, is the basic factor in the development and economic legislation. Analyzes the shortcomings of the current legislation are analysed and suggestions to modernize, detail and eliminate many gaps in the regulation of economic relations are made. | ||||
