Abstract |
The issues of the economic- legal regulation of the innovation development in the field of the metallurgical production in Ukraine are reviewed . The main legal acts, that regulate the innovative processes in the metallurgical industry and on a broader level, are analyzed. The latest technologies in the metallurgical industry of Ukraine and the imperfection of legislation in this area are reviewed. The large gap in the law is the absence of the state program of innovative development of the metallurgical industry are revealed. | ||||
