Abstract |
The nature of legal support of sustainable development of rural areas in Ukraine are explored. The different approaches to legal regulation of public relations of sustainable development in the domestic agricultural sector are analyzed and summarized. The creation of legal prerequisites for sustainable development of rural territories is one of the strategic goals of the state agrarian policy of Ukraine are proved. |
