Abstract |
The current problems of youth employment in Ukraine are studied. The existing legal norms to promote employment of young workers and to improve their competitiveness in the labor market are analyzed. The shortcomings of national legislation in the sphere of legal regulation of youth employment are identified. The propositions for improvement of the organizational, legal and economic measures of youth employment nowadays are worked out. |
