Abstract |
The paper is devoted to the analyzing of the regulatory acts that enshrines government guarantees of the restoration of savings of Ukrainians. The development of legislation in this area is studied and the ways to restore of the populations confidence to the banking system through the application of law possibilities are investigated. | ||||
