Abstract |
Questions regarding the use of the terms «construction» and «capital construction» as well as objects and subjects of the construction market, their own designation of the term «construction market» are explored. The methodology of investment activity in the construction market, as well as the specifics of the commission of building activity in the conditions of crisis are explored. Attention to the impact on the construction market, the phenomena that occur in the market is drawn. |
