Abstract |
The article investigates the self-defense rights as a legal means of protecting civil rights and legitimate interests of civil relations. The main issues addressed in that study is to elucidate the features of self-defense rights, the specific use of specific tools and methods to protect the rights of legal forms, study the conditions of legitimacy and legality of the use of such funds. The paper studies the legal forms of protection of nature, the procedure for the use of certain means of self-defense. |
