Abstract |
The problems of the subject composition of persons who have the right to appeal to the Supreme Court of Ukraine with the application for review of a decision of the court of cassation are considered, based on analysis of applicable civil procedure law. The shortcomings of legislation relating to the definition of the list of such persons are identifi ed, and some recommendations to address them are offered. |
