Abstract |
The purpose of creation of insurance groups based on the tools of institutional theory is proved. It’s necessary to increase the effi ciency of individual insurers activity which are members of groups on the basis of associations and rational use of material, technological, fi nancial and information resources; and on the basis of implementation of investment projects, and increasing the competitiveness of insurance services and market expansion of their sales. |
