Abstract |
In research it is examined the regulatory approach to market definition as an entity, it is analyzed market definition provided by the current Ukrainian legislation and inconsistency in different sources. It is conducted comparative analysis of market definition with normative interpretations neighboring countries and a critical analysis of the draft law on retail. | ||||
