Abstract

The features of relations of franchising are considered in the aspect of innovative activity, specifi c of innovative potential of agreement of franchising, analyzed the existing legislative defi nition of innovation and innovative product, the place and especially in the context of franchise marketing innovations, defi nes the main directions of development of franchising in Ukraine.
