Abstract |
This article is devoted to the analysis of content of art. 20 of the Constitution of Ukraine, namely the particularities of legal status of the members of Government of Ukraine. The problem of confl ict between realization of public functions — the authority of functionaries and realization of their own legal capacity between them as citizens of Ukraine needs more detailed consideration in scale of constitutional regulation. The increase of effi cacy of executive work of members of Government needs also the establishment of qualifi cation and reputation criterion in relation to candidate for relevant position. | ||||
