Abstract |
The questions of imperfection of mechanism of counteraction of criminality are investigational in the field of fuel and energy complex of Ukraine from the side of supervisory instances and organs of criminal justice. The concept of counteraction of criminality is exposed. The existent mechanism of counteraction of criminality is analyzed in the field of fuel and energy complex outside to the side of supervisory instances and organs of criminal justice and basic directions of its perfection are offered. |
