Abstract |
The legal features of an effective economic-legal mechanism’s creation of foreign economic relations of national subjects of managing in conditions of Ukraine’s membership in the WTO are opened in this article. The purpose of protection’s maintenance of a national commodity producer is discussed by complete system’s consideration of Ukraine’s international obligations. The question of technical settlement’s adaptation to conditions of the WTO is raised. |
