Abstract |
The substance of the conception and ways of the entrepreneurial university formation are investigated. The features of the commercialization of the science investigation results are exposed. The infl uences of the Bayh-Dole Act on activization of the science investigation at the USA universities are grounded. The perspectives of the entrepreneurial transformation of the universities in the Ukraine are analyzed. |
