Abstract |
In the article problems of improvement of legal regulation of court appealing of decisions taken in administrative violations matters are researched. Author makes her own propositions directed to realizing of the right for court appealing and procedures of the trial in these cases. Author also pays attention to necessity of improving in Ukraine the institute of revising decisions in these cases by appealing courts (today district courts’ decisions are finale). | ||||
