Abstract |
Over the past few years, global consulting firms have been researching an issue of labour of the future: how will humans and machines interact – will they divide work between each other or collaborate and complement each other? Consultants of the PwC, BCG, and Deloitte raise questions on the interaction between humans and technologies in the form of dialogue and substantiate the expediency of creating bionic companies. Such companies use artificial intelligence and machine learning for optimizing internal processes and building relationships with customers. The article discloses the essence, key characteristics, competitive advantages, and a process of creating bionic companies in the form of discussion. |
