Abstract

Problem setting. Under conditions of globalization and escalation of competition in the world markets the improvement of an organizational and economic mechanism of the state support of industrial company development and the creation of a conducive climate for investments in innovations are required and needed by the contemporary market practice.
Recent research and publications analysis. Important scientific issues of the activity regulation and the state support of subjects of law are significantly examined in papers of scientists-economists, among which are O. M. Vinnyk, D. V. Zadykhailo, V. K. Mamutov, V. M. Pashkov, O. P. Podtserkovnyi, V. A. Ustymenko, and V. S. Shcherbyna. Nevertheless, the organizational and economic mechanism of state support of national economy branches is not subject to complex scientific researches.
Paper objective. The paper objective is to research peculiarities and the content of the state support of business entities.
Paper main body. Nowadays, there is a wide range of methods and forms of the state stimulation of the innovative development of industrial companies. The systematization of the methods enables to determine the most effective legal measures providing the development of the modern innovative production from the standpoint of a complex approach. Within elements of the state regulative impact institutional transformations, which are aimed at the creation and the further development of a production and technical innovative infrastructure conducing to the enhancement of the material and technical basis of the
company innovative potential, are of special importance.
Conclusions of the research. The basis of the formation of a single system of the entrepreneurship state support contains: 1) legislative and normative frameworks determining specific conditions of a business entity activity; 2) law-enforcing mechanisms, which guarantee the adherence to lawfulness and equality of rights of business entities; 3) security and protection of business entities; 4) a system of specialized institutes providing the development and the application of a state policy on the entrepreneurship support; 5) state programs, programs of the social and economic development of regions, which stipulate the restructurization of the industry and investments in the branch and regional development; 6) resource and financial provision being essential for the application of entrepreneurship support measures accompanied by the creation of conditions and mechanisms for the engagement of private and domestic investments and the radical improvement of a tax system.
