Abstract |
Problem setting. Globalization conducing to the formation of global networks in different economic areas is the main consistency of the world social and economic development. The modern economy obtains new qualitative characteristics, namely the network economy formation, which should be comprehensively researched. This stipulates the topicality of the problem. Recent research and publications analysis. Different aspects of the network economy have been researched by many domestic and foreign scholars, among which are M. Castells, V. Haets, A. Hrytsenko, P. Drucker, Ye. Pesotska, S. Stepanenko, L. Yakovenko etc. Paper objective. The article purpose is to analyze the network economy as a qualitatively new form of an economic order and activity, which functions on the basis of electronic networks. Paper main body. The author proves that the main risks of an economic system under conditions of globalization is the expansion within the whole world economy of market economy properties as self-organized systems and network structures of financial and organizational systems, which are characterized by the non-symmetric distribution of information. The author mentions that information between nodes of a network system (financial centers) circles in the real time regime. Consequently, disturbances in one part of a system immediately expand within the whole system. Conclusions of the research. Globalization is a consistency of the world social and economic development. It is considered as a unity of two processes: globalization of markets (resources, goods, and services) and globalization of economic forms (formation of transnational operators, increase of organizational structures of the economy, and global network formation). Globalization of the economy conduces to the emergence of the qualitatively new form of an economic order — the network economy, which begins to displace hierarchic and market forms related to servicing economic relationships in the society. |
