Abstract

The essence of internal labor markets and features of their functioning in the institute of higher education are investigated. The main university personnel strategies at the internal labor markets are described. The infl uence on effi ciency of personnel strategy of university of academic inbreeding, organization of compensation
of scientifi c and pedagogical workers, using the mechanism of the competition between teachers and university activities of trade unions is exposed.
