Abstract |
Specific norms of the Penal Code of Ukraine are analyzed. On this basis suggestions for possible ways for improving of its regulations are provided. The necessity of amendments to Part 1 of Art. 8 of the Penal Code proposed a new version of Art. 51 of this act is discusses to improve regulation of punishment in the form of arrest. |
