Abstract |
The article investigates the basic technologies in production of metal and steel in Ukraine, defi nes their characteristic features, economic and organizational peculiarities of their functioning and development under the modern conditions. Special attention is given to the innovative technologies of production of metal and steel on the territory of Ukraine and at the global level and the necessity of their application in the modern metallurgical production and the necessity of legislative incentives for their implementation. The necessity of forming of legal tools of technological development of the metallurgical development is justifi ed in the article too. | ||||
