Abstract

The author analyzes the current state of economic development, competitiveness and economic legislation of Ukraine in the light of European integration processes. The economic integration of the country with the European market and its monopoly at the top and regional levels are investigated. Highlights The main positive and negative features of the economy of Ukraine that hinder business development are revealed. Concrete ways to improve the economic and legal policy are proposed.
