Abstract |
The problems of economic legal regulation of organization and realization of economic activity by businesses under conditions of state of emergency declaration were studied. The article provides a detailed analysis and system description of the legislative enactments regulating businesses’ activity during operation of emergency economic regimes. A number of signifi cant weak points and gaps in the legislation of Ukraine dealing with this sphere of legal relations were identified and possible ways of its improvement were proposed. |
