Abstract |
The article deals with theoretical issues related to the possibility of using such a method of protecting civil rights as vindication. To this end, was analyzed the legal nature of uncertifi cated shares and stated position regarding a possible claim for vindication shares with unlawful possession (debt collection). Accordingly, justifi ed position on the impossibility of applying vindication of the claim to uncertifi cated shares. | ||||
