Abstract |
In this article is researched the economical and legal aspects of development of marine economic complex in Ukraine. In particular, the objects of legal regulation of marine economic complex, such as shipbuilding, ship repair, sea recreation, output of ores and minerals in Black and Azov sea, trade navigation, port activities. In realization of Doctrine is supplied the acceptation of program documents in the sphere of marine economic activities. | ||||
