Abstract |
Modern economic globalization leads to transformation of the institution of the state, which are updated by the study of the problem. In article the analysis of approaches to a state role in economy is carried out, the essence and value of a fiscal policy are considered. Occurrence of new «reefs» in carrying out of a fiscal policy essentially complicates performance of some state functions that demands improvement of tools and mechanisms of a fi scal policy. | ||||
