Abstract |
In this article an author examines the problem of objective necessity of changes in understanding of tasks of labour law institute of labour contracts on the modern stage socially-economic development of the state. In the article it is marked on the necessity of changes for adjusting of labour relations in a modern neoliberal economy taking into accountthe social orientation of labour right. |
