Abstract |
In the article the main classifications of appealing against decisions, actions and inaction of the authoritative powers subjects have been considered. On the basis of the critical analysis of the appeal models in the law of Ukraine and other states, appeal in administrative law is classified as to the method of appeal, subjects of appeal and subjects of appeals considering, subject of appeal, sphere of appeal, the character of the appeal procedure and also as to the degree of adjustment of the normative-legal acts , regulating the procedure of appeal. | ||||
