Abstract |
This article defines the concept of construction market in the sense of institutional and economic law. The problem of legal activities regulation of construction market entities is studied as the necessity of their economic law support. Particular attention is paid to the justification of the return of housing construction cooperative practice with creation of its legislative framework taking into account the relevant experience in other countries and the modern situation. | ||||
