Abstract |
In the article it is analysed the content and features of implementation of the state corporate rights, which consist in the fact that it is done by rules developed by the owner of these rights (the state), that allows to respond quickly to errors that are identified during enforcement. It is given the concept of the implementation of corporate rights of the state. | ||||
