Abstract |
In the following article there are being discussed the questions of legal regulation of governmental administration of banking relationship and their sources that are nowadays in the stage of dynamic reforming that needs the certain adaptation towards the countries that are the members of the EU and also this reforming needs the development of mechanisms to review that questions.
