Abstract |
The article concerned with the problems of competition claims in civil law. It is understood as a competition lawsuits subjective civil rights that exist under legal protection. Available defi nition of «competition claims» in the broad and narrow sense, given its characteristics and separation of legal phenomena such as competition rules, confl ict of rights. It is concluded that the authorized person is free to choose which of the competing rights to perform, with the exception of certain cases determined by law. | ||||
