Abstract |
The introduction problem in Ukraine consolidations of lands of agricultural purpose and its value for increase of fertility of soils is investigated. Need of fixing for the existing ground legislation of concept of consolidation of lands of agricultural purpose is proved. The current legislation analysis in the sphere of legal support of carrying out consolidation of lands of agricultural purpose is carried out. |
