Abstract |
Problem setting. In the economy of Ukraine the resource model of development without a highly technological production and components of prevail intellectually donor models dominate. In a strategic perspective these models are ineffective. It is necessary to inculcate the innovative model of socio-economic development of country. Recent research and publication analysis. The Ukrainian researchers A. Biryukov. K. Kashchuk, A. Kovalev, S. Levytska, O. Levkovets, A. Matveeva, O. Marchenko, S. Reznikov, S. Savchuk, O. Simson, L. Fedulova, L. Shostak and others study problems of innovative society. But their approaches to the interpretation of the nature and prospects of innovative development of Ukraine are some differences. Paper objective. Purpose of the article is to analyze the evolution of the innovative models of social and economic development, and to expose the problems of its implemen¬tation in Ukraine who need their primary solution. Paper main body. In the article the main types of innovative models of socio-econom¬ic development are investigated. Integrative innovative model formed in the late nineteenth century and based on enhanced economic cooperation of the scientific sphere and produc¬tion. Interactive (network) innovative model was implemented in the 90 years of the twentieth century. It involves the interaction of all innovators as members of the network through the use of information technology. The latest innovative model is gaining in the XXI century. The leading countries consider the innovative development as strategic prior¬ity and a major driver of social development, the focus of public and corporate policy. The main obstacles for implementation of innovative model of socio-economic devel¬opment in Ukraine are: 1) the macroeconomic imbalances of the economy of war; 2) a weak interaction between the scientific organizations; 3) the uncertainty of the legal status of innovation-active and innovative enterprises; 4) lack of elaborated mechanisms of activ¬ity of innovative specialized organizations and establishments of innovative infrastructure; 5) low levels of innovation funding. Conclusion of the research. Ukrainian organizations and enterprises must realize the social benefits and effects of its potential in innovation, overcome imbalances in their in¬novative activity, and obtain necessary funding. The introduction of an innovative model of socio-economic development should be the determining direction of government policy. |
