Abstract

 The authors of the article analyzed the theoretical foundations and management measures to ensure the legitimate economic behavior of the enterprise as an integral economic and legal business system. In the article, the role of the enterprise as a subject of commercial economic activity is substantiated, and the legal environment of its effective functioning and the system of legal security are characterized. Particular attention is paid to the legal management of the enterprise. The role of professional consultants in the implementation of legal diagnostics and tax audit of the enterprise is defined. The use of digital business and intellectual models in the legal service of business is analyzed. The necessity of a PR-strategy for the competitiveness of legal consulting is argued. The peculiarities of management consulting of
law firms in wartime conditions are revealed.
