Abstract

 The potential of the startup ecosystem for the recovery and development of the country has been studied. The methodology of the startup ecosystem has been clarified. The state and dynamics of the startup ecosystem of Ukraine are analyzed. Attention is focused on adaptive abilities. The specific characteristics of the national startup ecosystem and the factors of their formation are determined. The risks of the current stage of development of the startup industry are revealed, and the priority areas of its support are substantiated.
