Abstract

In the article, the author has suggested the conception for ecosystem management of business organization’s innovations in order to renovate the innovation consulting methodology under the digital economy. The author has considered the model for managing innovations at a «mature» company, as well as revealed the content and cause-effect relationships between strategic and operational levels. The author has specified
the approach to forming an innovation portfolio of customers. The article describes
contemporary innovation tools and guidelines for performing innovation projects. The
author has proposed the classification of innovation consulting services grounded in the
presented methodology.
