Анотація

 Сформульовано проблему переосмислення концепції організаційного розвитку (ОР) в умовах бізнес-середовища VUCA. Уточнено сутність ОР, його складові, принципи, завдання. Розкрито зміст стратегічного підходу до управління організаційними змінами. Продемонстровано відповідність моделей управління ризиками VUCA концепції ОР. Визначено сучасні тренди та управлінські технології в контексті вимог
VUCA за ключовими напрямами ОР. Проаналізовано механізм функціонування холакратії як організаційного дизайну, що максимально інтегрує всі тренди. Визначено умови формування VUCA-культури організації.
