Abstract |
This article deals with the problems formation of a new relationship to national development including focusing on social and environmental development. In modern conditions concept of economic growth is subjected to severe criticism by actively changing the environment, increase the number of inhabitants of the planet and tightening environmental component. So it makes sense to consider the role of the state within the concept of sustainable development, which is at present more fully reveals the urgent problems and their solutions. |
