Abstract |
The aspects of economic law provision of the activity of the Unit Venture Investment Funds (hereinafter referred to as UVIF) have been studied. Features of the UVIF establishing, asset formation as well as economic law principles of interaction with an Asset Management Company have been examined. Legal preconditions of economic attraction of UVIF as one of the most effective investment mechanisms have been closely looked at. | ||||
